Selected Work
My best work is built on the ability of a team from different functions to come together and work harmoniously as a single unit. No work is done in a vacuum and none of this was singularly "my" work.

Principles
Some simple statements on what I believe to be true about the ups and downs of making things with and for human beings. Not hard and fast rules or even guidelines. Just mantras of sorts to keep me grounded in my practice.
Lead at every level
Leaders aren't defined by titles. If it's scary - keep going.
Data informed
Human beings flesh out the narrative that quant data sets.
Extraordinary is consistently ordinary
Don't strive to be the best, strive to be the most consistently good.
No heroes
No heroes, no martyrs, no person left behind.
Small wins
Strive for a big victory through small wins. Everyone pitches in.
People first
Relationships are worth more than pixels and code.
Strip out the clever
Choose simplicity and clarity over cleverness 100% of the time.
Progress over process
Don't allow process to be your bottleneck. Move at all costs.
Can't never could
Don't say you can't - say you can't yet - then figure it out.
